Beaujolais Villages

Spread over 38 villages in 3 areas throughout northern Beaujolais are produced the most charming expressions of the gamay grapes.

Located between the area of the Rhône and the Saône-et-Loire, the Beaujolais-Villages account for 25% of the total production of the Beaujolais vineyards.

The southern zone, very mountainous in the Haute-Azergues, provides very fruity wines. The central area, adjacent to Brouilly and Régnié, gives the wines more structure and in the northernmost area of the crus the wines are more full bodied and round.

The wines of Beaujolais and the crus of Beaujolais offer an excellent value with a wide range of taste.
