Côte de Brouilly

This is the most central of the crus of Beaujolais. The Côte de Brouilly occupies the vineyards on the upper slopes of the mount Brouilly. It’s an elegant wine, dressed in a beautiful purple color, full bodied and well balanced.

This wine is the only one of the 10 crus of Beaujolais to benefit from the exposure of the sun from north to south and east to west. Although small, the Côte de Brouilly is located throughout 4 villages : Saint-Lager, Odenas, Cercié and Quincié.

The gobelet method (short pruning) is utilized leaving 3 to 5 branches on each vine with a maximum of 10 bunches.
