Juliénas

Juliénas is appreciated most by the parisians. The altitude of the vineyard of Juliénas ranges from 800 to 1500 feet above sea level and faces to the south receiving optimum sunlight.

Its a wine deep and intense ruby in color and the bouquet is floral and fruity and offers a range of aromas of strawberry, cherry and violet, and hints of peach and blackcurrant.

Juliénas is crisp and structured, and rounder with time with a wonderful ability to age in the bottle.

The gobelet method (short pruning) is utilized leaving 3 to 5 branches on each vine with a maximum of 10 bunches.
